Brevard County is where I live work and play.  I would rather STAYcation than Vacation!

I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia in 2002 convinced that this was the perfect place to raise my kids with great schools, recreation, beautiful beaches and wonderful neighbors. I purchased a local restaurant that gave me deeper insight into the county from personal, business and economic perspectives.

In 2005 I sold the restaurant and returned to banking affording me the opportunity to increase my involvement in the community through my Church, HOA, the Rockledge Rotary Club, mentoring at weVenture, the women’s business center at FIT, and Women in Defense – Space Coast Chapter.

Even though I worked as a bank executive, being a forever entrepreneur, I felt compelled to resume my real estate investment activities in Brevard.

Through 11 years of owning restaurants and 25 years as a banker, I have knowledge of business, finance, lending and closing real estate transactions.  This combined with two decades of my own personal real estate investing provides both the knowledge and the experience needed to assist others in what is – in most cases – the single largest investment that they have ever dealt with.

My husband is retired Air Force so I understand and respect the challenges that our service members deal with in home transitions.  It was important to me to obtain the additional education and training required to become a certified Military Relocation Professional and help ease the stress.

My commitment to You is to be your resource in the community while helping you to navigate the real estate process as your advocate and negotiator with honest professionalism.   Our story doesn’t end after the closing because relationships have greater value than transactions.
