Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2020 in Palm bay, FL. Dealing with Mona was a joy, compared to other realtors I "tried". I likely reached out to a dozen or more realtors in the Melbourne / Cocoa Beach area, with no return email or calls. Mona made herself available for our brief visit to the area, SHE LISTENED and understood us, she was open about which properties would satisfy us, and when it came time to buy, she helped with closing preps, utility preps, and even offered to assist with running errands for us (related to being there for dropping off checks, opening the door for service personnel). There are not enough words to describe the pleasure it was having Mona for a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Rockledge, FL. I am relocating back to the Space Coast for a new job, and I was referred to Mona Stevenson by a mutual acquaintance. In the interest of full disclosure, we had met before. Mona talked over my rent vs buy options with me, and showed me buying was the best option for my case. I had a limited time to look for homes, living away from the area, and she quickly put together a whirlwind tour for the few days I could be there. The home I ended up buying was not one I would've looked at had Mona not picked up on my preferences from the other properties, and I am glad she did! Based on her recommendation from local comps, the price we offered was accepted by the owners with no negotiation. Most importantly, Mona helped me run considerable interference with my somewhat inept mortgage company, making sure that things were done correctly and in a timely fashion. Despite the mortgage issues, this has been one of the smoothest home buying processes that I've been through!

Sold a home in 2018 in FL 32907. I finally made the decision to sell my dads house-didn’t want to but I live in N.C. (10 hours away) and keeping the house was not realistic. We went with Mona after interviewing her intensely. (I know she had to feel grilled). But since we don’t live in the area we had to trust the person to have our best interest at heart as well as “work” it without our active participation. Well she sold my dads house in 10 days!
